Concerned about muscle twitching

I have had muscle twitching all over my body for about 4 weeks now.  It started out just as my left eyelid, which did not stop twiching for 3-4 days.  Once my eye stopped it moved to other parts of my body but was not as bad.  The muscles would only twitch a few times then stop. I had blood work done and everything came back perfect, including white blood cell count, electrolytes, and magnesium.  Just yesterday, my eye began twitching continuously again and I had a headache, which I usually never get.  Should I be concered about this?

Hi
I'm a 39 year old woman who has been suffering from leg pain, burning and body muscle twitches for a few weeks now. Also my left thigh has sunken in which looks like muscle wasting. I am wating on an appointment with a Neurologist and I'm worried sick it will be ALS or something. I can't eat or sleep, I'm petrified. I have suffered a lot of stress lately and I'm hoping the symptoms are down to stress and nothing else though I can't help fearing the worst. I have young children who are picking up on my constant crying. I am a nervous wreck, I want to get my appointment over and done with as the not knowing is killing me. Has anyone had similar syptoms? And if so what was the diagnosis?

Very often, tics, twitches, tremors, shakes, etc. come from a magnesium deficiency.

Some of the safer and more effective forms include: Taurate, Glycinate, and Citrate (latter can be laxitative, so take with food).  I'm also reading good things about Magnesium Orotate.

Did you ever follow up on your symptoms? I am having exact same symptoms as you. Waiting for my blood work results. Just wondered what you did next and how you are?
