...L3-L4: disc height loss of posterior disc bulge and facet arthropahy resulting in mild canal stenosis and moderate bilateral neuroforamnal narrowing with possible contact of the left exiting nerve root; L4-L5: Broad based disc bulge and facet arthropathy with moderate spinal canal stnosis and lateral recess narrowing. there is also moderate bilateral neural foraminal narrowing. L5-S1: Broad based disc bulge and facet arthropathy with resulting severe bilatral neural foraminal narrowing and contact of the exiting nerve roots. thank you for your assistance
