what does my mri mean?

I have had severe pain the last few weeks so the doctor ordered and MRI here are the findings and what do they mean? the pain is unbearable. I can't sit, stand or lay down for any amount of time without pain

Vertebral Column: There is 9 mm anterolisthesis of L5 on S1. Bilateral pars
interarticularis defects are noted. T12 hemangioma

L1-L2: No disc herniation, spinal, or foraminal stenosis.

L2-L3: No disc herniation, spinal, or foraminal stenosis.

L3-L4: No disc herniation, spinal, or foraminal stenosis.

L4-L5: Mild disc desiccation, ligamentous, and facet hypertrophy. No disc
herniation, spinal, or significant foraminal stenosis.

L5-S1: Bilateral facet hypertrophy. Pars interarticularis defects.
Uncovering of the posterior disc. There is eccentric protrusion towards the
left neural foramen where there is fairly advanced foraminal narrowing. No
significant central spinal stenosis.

IMPRESSION:

1. Bilateral L5 pars interarticularis defects with resultant 9 mm
anterolisthesis L5 on S1.
2. Degeneration and uncovering of the L5-S1 disc with eccentric left
protrusion causing left greater than right foraminal narrowing.
