Lack of feeling/strength in upper body

For the past year, I have been having a lack of strength and feeling in my upper body.  I have been diagnosed with carpal tunnel in my left hand and possible cubital tunnel in my right arm.  Example:  When I do bicep curls, I feel virtually no "pump" now in my biceps.  I do get very sore in my outside forearms though in the days after.  I have been doing some research on Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI) and think this may be it as I am an avid weightlifter and also work a desk job.  However, I also notice that i get fatigued in the legs when running very fast now.  When I do calf raises, I also get virtually no "pump" or sensation.  Same thing with bench press...very little pump/feeling.  Could RSI in my upper body cause this in my lower body too?  I am also getting blood tests done, but don't have the results yet.  I have experienced muscle atrophy in much of my upper body as well and maybe some in the lower body as well.  I haven't been diagnosed with anything yet, except the carpal tunnel and possible cubital tunnel.  However, after reading about RSI, I don't think I have carpal tunnel.  Any suggestions on what it could be or way forward (what type of experts should I see, etc)?  Thanks for any advice.
