Parkinsons? New symptoms

have been diagnosed with Parkinsons for 3yrs. I have been having a new set of symptoms which includes stabbing, dart-like pains in various muscles. I also have internal vibration which is very disconcerting. I can even feel my lungs vibrating when I breathe. I am scheduled for an MRI of my neck and have completed a nerve study and EMG which showed nothing . Any advice or ideas?

my stepfather has several various symptons which lead to him having seizures even when he's just taken his meds. They leave him with memory loss for the episodes, clammy skin and he turns into "Mr. Plastic Man" and very incoherent for the duration of his seizure. He sleeps most of the day and through the night, has had several operations on his ears and eardrums. He has suffered rapid weight loss and loss of appetite. Also, during every other seizure episode he screams uncontrollably and runs around in the nude not knowing or caring of his environment. Every test has been taken to no avail for answers as to what he is alficted with.  No epileptic scarring, no spikes in brain activity during REM and most destressing of all--- no answers.
My mother and I am at a loss as to what to do about and for him.
