no brain tumor, must be crazy

In the fall of 2008 I started having "attacks" that would happen in my sleep, wide awake, calm or stressed. After many people helping me, I could not find a common trigger.  Most of the time I get 5-10 second warning of motion sickness and them bam, instantly have a vertigo feeling with the falling left or right and lose control of my movement also, most of the time vomiting.  This happens at different levels and twice when driving.  Recent ones have also included tremors. I'm aware of my surroundings during these.  It's terrifying to lose control of my body w/o much notice and is now affecting my life.  GP said MRI clean, said no tumor,  and gave me a new BP med. and said didn't know what is was. I went to neur. and he gave me management med. and said some kind of migraine, but odd to have neuro. symtoms.  I guess I want to know what kind and why. UPDATE: meds not making difference.  I guess I'm not satisfied with take this and leave.  Does anyone have any information for this. My family wants neck checked out.  Why would not being able to move head completely to left for dozen years suddenly affect me this way.Dont' know why I can't & have requested in past to get scan or something. She wouldn't order one.  Will not be back to this practice after past year.

(laptop has been in shop)  I recently tried someone my mother knew at her request.  I have very low Vitamin D.  On prescription for it started this week, but she wants me in next week to "discuss" some results and do some more blood tests.  I figure if I had something fatal, she would have me in right away.  However, I now know what I had been telling the other doctors was right, I am not crazy and something is wrong.  Guess I get to wait a few more days to find out why its low.

Hello

Panic attacks..
All what I can tell you now is that for these symptoms you will benefit taking 2 kind of medicine, a positive result you will noticed after almost 1 week.
This is a type of Panic attack in its primitive form, sometimes but rarely could develop into a more prominent grade.

Seroxat 20 mg morning for 9 months
Rivotril 1 mg evening for six months

you can take half dose as a start and when you decide to leave them. Seroxat is very effective but hard to leave so decreasing progressively the dose could fail sometimes then you should titrate for 2 months sometimes.
Please read about these med before using, they can also decrease libido !

Results are quiet good
please be in contact
In neuro-World patients must be not alone :)
Thank you for giving Medhelp your confidence
