problem in back of my head

I am 26 yr male. Whenever i sleep upright facing the ceiling, I feel uneasiness or kind of minor dizziness. The same thing happens when i am sitting on a chair and my head rests on the support. When I sit erect, I dont face any probs. Similarly when i sleep with by back facing the ceiling, I dont feel uneasiness. I feel that some nerve or artery is being pressed. Sometimes I wake up suddenly in the night for few min, move my head up/down and then sleep again.

For this I went to a Neuro specialist and he said that I am having some kind of depression related to brain. He prescribed me Firisto 5 mg and Becosules.

All this started few months ago when i reduced my weight from 84kgs to 72 kgs in 3 months. Dr. says this problems are due to sudden weight loss. Initially i sufferred from dizziness due to acidity. When it was controlled, I stuck up into the above problem.
I am facing the above mentioned prob since 2 months.

Kindly guide me.
Thanks
