i dont take any meds at all except vit d supp
and i have anxiety and little depression wich is rllly rlly annoying
i wanna know if i t might be related of my vitamin d and b12 deficiency
Well you have to remember that everyone is different and every body reacts differently to supplements. I too don't get any sun, but for me it's due to a UV reaction. I also take Vitamin D tablets to help my body get what it needs from my lack of sun. Like you, I have noticed that, if I take the D tablets every day my depression gets worse. It may well be an interaction with your body's chemistry that is worsening your emotional state. I fixed this by beginning to take the D tablets every other day instead of every single day. It helped me a lot.
My best guess, and keep in mind this is just a guess based only on observations not on data, is that the build up of vitamin D while taking them every day was getting to a high enough level that it negatively interacted with either my body chemistry or with my medications.
Some supplements are known to interact negatively with medications and vitamin D is one of those which will interact at times. It may not happen with everyone but it can happen with some people.
As for the B12, I don't have any personal experience with taking that as a supplement. That said it wouldn't be a bad idea to check and see it B12 is known to interact negatively with any medications. Even a rare interaction is still a big deal if you're the one affected by it.
