increase height at the age of 24

I am 24/m. My height is 5'2". Is there any way I can increase my height upto 5"6" atleast? If yes, how long would it take to increase? Thank you.

As stated in the link you submitted, it's impossible to restart the growing process once it's stopped.You're going to be  5'2" for most of the rest of your life.

I'm sorry that you're uncomfortable with your height, but I hope that you can come to accept it, as that's what you're going to be.

I would say that you've probably grown as tall as you are going to and I don't know of any way your height can be increased, except with the use of built ups shoes, etc.

I think it would be easier to learn to like yourself the way you are and be proud of who you are and your accomplishments.
