Do you think about how much sugar is in your fruit choices?

Fruit is so good for us and should be a part of a healthy eating plan.  However, not all fruit is the same in terms of sugar.  If you are trying to limit your sugar content, knowing which are the best choices in lower sugar fruits is important.  For example, you may not want to have a mango as it has a whopping 45 g of sugar in one. Cantaloupe would be a better option with only 5 grams of sugar.  Grapes have a higher sugar content, raspberries are low.  Looking a the sugar content of your fruit may help you make the best choice depending on your dietary needs.  https://www.medicinenet.com/diet_nutrition_fruits_sugar/article.htm

Is this important to you when choosing your fruit?

But cantaloupe is much more difficult to digest than a mango, and it's usually recommended you don't eat them along with other foods.  Those who live where mangos are plentiful are not obese by nature.  It's more complicated than that.  Eating one mango is okay.  Eating a bunch of them isn't.  While grapes have a high sugar content, dark grapes are one of the foods richest in antioxidants, along with berries.  So there's a balance.  High sugar fruits should definitely be eaten in moderation, but are often contain things that are much better for you than low sugar ones.  Again, a balance.  More depends on what else you're eating than the fear of eating a piece of fruit.
