Food Poisoning?

About three weeks ago, I ate something and got what I believe to be food poisoning. I got a headache, nausea, vomitting, and cold sweats. I went to bed and woke up the next morning feeling better. The same thing happened recently, the exact same symptoms. I went to bed and it went away when I woke up. My question: What is the problem? Is there some kind of vitamin that I need to be taking? Or maybe something else? Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Food poisoning comes from mainly meats and fish that were not cooked or handled properly, or was not maintained in the proper temperature (hot or cold) to prevent bacteria growth. When you got sick did you eat the same type of food? If not, then I suggest you see your MD.

Oh, btw, The food I ate was not spoiled or anything like that, plus, it's food that I have eaten many, many times before in the past.
