Well I have to agree with Pax. And we don't do that often! LOL. The Pure Detox is going to make you POOP! Diet and exercise does it! When we say diet we mean you have to change your eating habits for the rest of your life.
Everyone has a diet! Healthy or not.
This herb alone most likely won't help you lose weight, but it might help you with blood sugar if that's a problem. It's an ayurvedic supplement (part of Indian (the country) herbal medicine but as with almost all supplements that purport to help you lose weight it doesn't do that by itself. I'm also concerned about the detox supplement -- I'm not familiar with the product, but I'm going to guess it's largely a laxative, which is a terrible way to try to lose weight. The only healthy way to lose weight is to do it slowly if you want to keep the weight off, which involves a permanent change in what you eat more than how much you eat. The more you eat foods that metabolize quickly into sugar the easier it will be to pack on pounds, and the less of it you eat the more likely it is you will be able to lose weight slowly combined with a suitable program of increased exercise. Quite frankly, there's only one proven way to lose weight with a supplement quickly, and that's speed, and then you have the problem of taking speed, which isn't worth it. Detoxing is for ridding your body of toxins, not for dieting. Good luck.
