Health tips for a busy mom

I have recently noticed that I have put on quite a bit of weight. Since noticing the weight gain I have tried to eat healthy and exercise but just can't seem to fit it into my busy schedule. I work a full time job and take care of two small children when I'm not working, they do many sports and activities that require me to be on the move. Does anyone have any tips that could help me.

Hi,
Here's a suggestion, in regard to the exercising on a tight schedule; you might want to look into any family type gyms near your area. I'm a single mom of 2 (toddler & teen) and also extremely busy, and I've been a member of a family gym ( Family Fitness) for a few years now. Family gyms usually offer on-site day care for small children and fitness based activities for older kids, which include being supervised by an adult instructor/attendant ~ all while you exercise. It's a great way for every family member to get moving, and it helps wear the little ones out :)

Do you have any healthy suggestions as to what I could try that doesn't take a lot of time to prepare

Well, you're very busy, which is a lot like exercising.  So it's the diet -- what you're putting in needs to be changed.
