Healthy Eating

How do you eat healthy as an eighteen year old when half of you family doesn't want to eat the same? Also I don't have enough money to buy the really good food for me.

That's easy -- once you move out you eat as you like.  Although organic and healthy can seem expensive, it isn't really because you stop eating things that are also expensive but unhealthy, such as potato chips and soft drinks.  If you have a food coop nearby you can volunteer to get a discount.  And when you're young you don't expect to have a lot of excess money anyway, so it's easier to spend most of it on food.

Families are weird when it comes to food even when it doesn't involve health.  So most families don't eat the same food anyway.  If you do it in a nice way and offer to help prepare and shop for the food even if you can't pay for it, you might talk your family into going along with your desires without you having to eat the same as them.  My family was full of odd eaters -- my brother didn't like much of anything, my sister disliked foul, which was the favorite of the rest of us -- we just ate different things.  When I was a lot younger I dated a woman who ate vegetarian, while no one else in her family did, but they just fed her different food.  It can be done if you approach it reasonably and nicely and especially offer to help.

Well U have to be strict about ur healthy lifestyle if u want to stay fit and healthy.Eating whats right for the body is very important.Dont waste ur money on food that are not healthy and just are for taste.Eat fruits and healthy veggies so body gets enough nutrients for healthy growth.U also need to have strong will power to control.U can also tell ur family to eat healthy.Make sure they also have the knowledge about right eating if in case they r not eating.Weather u have less money or more money always buy healthy foods.Be strict about it.
Hope this helps.
