I worked as manager at McDonald's for 10 years. I at that point was 150lbs and didn't gain any weight. What station do work at? I tried to do stock and run for drive thru or counter. That way I was always moving. I was always active until my hip blew out on me 4 years ago and I gained 40lbs from all the cortisone shots. If your only taking orders, ask your manager to be trained on other things that way you can move around. ;)
Pack a lunch. Look up bentos and other creative lunch box options to find how to make it healthy and appetizing. Your hair will improve with a better diet but if you wash it regularly because of the smell use a easy shampoo like baby shampoo, it's less aggressive towards your scalp and will still clean it. As for exercizing, a little can go a long way, if you drive park far from the door same if you get a lift down, those 100s of meters add up.
You still have to find time for exercise and play because of how you describe your life. Also, once you started seriously running cross country, your system got used to that release -- exercise is like a drug, if you do it seriously and regularly and then stop, everything clogs up, including your mood. You've got a really busy life, so I see where that's a problem, but somehow you need to have fun, too. As for eating, try bring food from home a couple of those work days. See if it makes a difference.
To education and to work. I go to college 3 days a week and I work 4 days a week.
Well i come from an Eastern European family. My mum cooks home food regularly each week, so home food is not my main concern. But I work four days a week, with 10 hour shifts each time. It's making me tired and hungry, so eating that on my break seems to be the only option (there are no other shops around that sell healthy food, just KFC). My exercise consists of the circuit training I do once a week at police cadets.. But that's only an hour. I used to be a cross-country runner a year ago but ever since I started working there.. All my sports life is gone to education
First start with telling us what you eat and how you exercise now. At age 16 you should be out playing sports or skateboarding with friends or riding a bicycle everywhere. Are you? And how much of that McDonald's are you eating?
