When my mom & I needed to lose water weight for a party dress, we fasted with lemon juice. It makes you pee alot.
For a regular diet. Cut out anything white. ( flour, rice sugar ect) select green
Vegetables. Cut out soda, inc diet soda.
Walk after every meal. Watch portion size. Better to eat 5 tiny meals than 3 big ones. This speeds metabolism.
If you take meds, reevaluate them. I gained 10 lbs on the pill.
Swim if you are able. Many gyms have pools. Your ins may cover this,ask your MD. Good luck. Maxy
You really don't want to do that -- it's unhealthy. Slow and steady wins the race.
