I dont think so. I'm very blessed to not have lost anyone close to me. Also I'm always busy, and when I'm nervous I can't eat....
Also, sometimes we eat because it's something intensely sensory to do when there's something missing in our lives, such as when we're lonely or nervous or just bored. Any of that happening?
Okay thanks I'll try that!! :)
Part of this is that you are still growing and part of this could be you are eating foods that cause sugar spikes. Try to eat more vegetables and lean protein. Avoid fast food and oversized sugary drinks. Cut back on soft drinks and drink water. If you do that, it's probably all you need to do. Have 3 meals and one or two snacks. Try nuts like almonds or fruit for a snack, or raw veggies. Raw green beans are good, and so are raw sugar snap peas. Maybe a handful of raisins. Maybe you would like kale chips. Learn to cook using veggies, olive oil, herbs, fish. These things are real food, not junk.
