Iron deficiency?

I have been experiencing a lot debilitating symptoms but have recieved a diagnosis as of yet.  My symptoms are extreme fatigue, lightheaded, difficulty breathing, poor sleep, tingling and poor peripheral circulation, cracks at corners of mouth. I have read about all kinds of nutrient deficiencies and it seems like iron most resembles my symptoms.  However my blood count came back "normal".   I have not had my serum iron or ferritin checked yet but my B vitamins came out normal.  I did go on a near starvationdiet for 3 months, used ephedrine, and lost 60 pounds so I am thinking I depleted some nutrient/s but I am not sure which.  I have read that low blood volume can mask anemia since the blood cells would be more concentrated in a sample.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

It sounds like more than an anemia. You stated you did not eat which can result in protein malnutrition from some of the symptoms you described. You really need the total results of your blood work to determine the exact nature of any deficiency and then the proper treatment for it.
