Is it OK to take bilberry and cranberry supplements together?

As they are similar, will there be something overdosed?

What about fish oil?  Wouldn't that be one to avoid as well?  And I was under the impression turmeric and garlic were also mild blood thinners.  True?  The only ones you mentioned I take are garlic and ginseng, but I take eleuthero mainly, which isn't really ginseng, and American ginseng when I used to go to the gym, which I've been avoiding for several weeks now due to injuries.  Are these included, of just Chinese ginseng?  And should I avoid the bilberry?  And are you mentally preparing to face how awful a person you are at Yom?

This should be fine.  Of course, you can overdose on anything if you take humongous amounts of it, but this is just a couple of berries, and they don't do the same things.
