Low B12 and swollen Lymphnodes

Can low B12 make lymph nodes swell? I have found that many of my health difficulties can be explained by my low B12. My doctor told me to just take a sublingual otc B12 (which I am not sure is helping yet).  I can't find any information on how low B12 affects the lymph system.  She did not really say why they were swollen and ran a few tests which all came back normal except for iron and B12.
Thanks

Several investigations have shown vitamin B12 levels decline with age. Insufficient vitamin B12 may result in impaired nerve function, which can result in numbness, pins-and-needles sensations, or a burning feeling in the feet, as well as impaired mental function.
Methylcobalamin is the active form of vitamin B12, which means it works immediately in the body when absorbed. This form of the nutrient is delivered efficiently to nerve tissues.

B-12 is necessary for the manufacture of red blood cells and nerve sheaths, and the maintenance of epithelial cells which line the intestinal tract. Vegetarians often require supplementation of B-12 since there are no dietary plant sources.

They have negative results - which is why I am at a loss.  It is quite late so I am off to bed Thanks again for replying.

Correction of wrong information:

1. There is no correlation between b-12 deficiency and lymphadenopathy.

2. The lymphnodes nor the spleen in a normal individual are responsible for red blood cell production.

Unfortuneately H pylori can be contracted again.  Maybe you should check it out?

Thanks for replying.

I was diagnosed with H.Pylori (took a year to figure out why I could not keep my food down - since i was not sick all of the time) I have not been right since.

RBC is my normal range. my CBC was normal.  I have been feeling awful and the only thing that ties all of my wierd diagnosis and symptoms together seems to be B12.  I have not ever had my b12 and iron tested until the last couple of months (I am 30 so I don't think that is it normal protocol).  I felt bad enough to go get my own blood screen in feb doc ran similar tests in april (feeling worse) and just looking at iron there is (to me a big difference) I wish I had known to test myself for B12 back then.

Iron from 78 to 49, TIBC 373 to 399 and tranferrin saturation 21% to 12% (same reference at the same lab) and neither of them were near the "female time"

I am trying to find a nutritionist because going through this is ridiculous if all I need to do it take vitamins to feel better ... I just don't know in what or what combination.

Thanks for helping me ... I did not know that H.Pylori could have anything to do with it since it was so long ago .. Putting together the pieces (that one was way on the outskirts in the back of my mind)

H pylori resides in the stomach mucosa and causes ulsers, stomach bleeding, and affects stomach acid.  It also affects absorbtion of B-12 and iron into the body.  By the doctor prescribing B-12 under your tongue instead of by pill form, I suspect that this may be the cause of your problems.  If H phlori is blocking B-12 and iron, your red blood cell production may be down, which will make you tired.  Enlargement of the lymph nodes may accompany low B12 and iron if the spleen is having problems with the red blood cell production.
