Nutrition for Fracture/Muscle Repair

Hello, I am 23 years old and 4 months ago I was involved in a motorcycle accident in which I fractured several bones.  I suffered compound fractures of my femur, tibia, and fib.  I also fractured 3 ribs and my left upper scapula. All fractures were on my left side.  I have been attending physical therapy for 3 months and have progressed significantly.  My question is, what dietary changes can I make to aid the bone healing process? Also, being confined to a bed for three weeks and then having my leg immobilized for 3 additional weeks led to severe muscle loss, what dietary changes could aid in the muscle strengthening and building process? Thank you.

Vitamin D, C, K
Boron and silica, both help to increase the uptake of calcium from the blood
Also healthy nutrients include the amino acid lysine, which also promotes the absorption of calcium; vitamin C, an important player in the production of collagen that is essential to bone healing; and magnesium.
50 percent of the magnesium in your body is found in the bones, in proper proportion to calcium it's important in the maintenance of bone health. The recommended daily allowance for magnesium is 400 milligrams for males 19 to 30 and 420 milligrams for males 31 and older. The RDA for women 19 to 30 is 310 milligrams and 320 for those 31 and older.
To Help Increase Muscle Tone, Vitamin C, Omega 3, Calcium, Magnesium,
