Salmonella?

I just ate a dish from a restaurant that contained one chicken breast. I noticed there was a slight pinkness in some of the pieces so I ruled em out from the plate. I ate a few significant amount of those pieces but those didn't really have any pinkness in it. Should I be worried of getting the disease ? It was also served in a bed of noodles that I almost ate all. If it had any contact with the pieces that had those pinkness in them will I be sick ? Also, since the chicken pieces were cut thickly, it seemed like it was cooked based off of the surface color but I don't know if it was still a bit raw inside since I bit one of the pieces and looked through that there was still a small amount of pinkness in it. It has been 1-2 hours since I ate it currently and idk if it's just my thoughts that's affecting my body or not but I feel some sort of unwellness around the surface of my neck. Can anybody help me with this ? Would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

What kind of restaurant?  What spices or sauces were used on the chicken?  Bottom line, though, if you have it, you'll soon know.  Actually, by now, you definitely know.  Sometimes chicken does have different coloration, especially since they aren't all sourced from the same types of places.  Organically raised, chicken, for example, has different coloration that Tyson's.
