recently diagnosed

It has been 2 and a half weeks since I stopped all my B6 supplements, my level was 189.2 (2-21.2 norrnal).  I have been suffering for 6 months, seen several specialists, been through several tests, MRI's, EMG/NCV, blood tests and so on.  No one did a B6 level, so I began to do some research and found out that B6 toxicity could be causing my tingling extremities, nerve tickling, muscle twitching symptoms. I then requested that my physician draw the level and it came back toxic.  I was wondering how long it takes to see some change, if even for an hour or so.  I'm currently going to acupuncture weekly in hopes to get some relief.  Can anyone help me?

Thanks Maxy!  I have cut out gluten, sugar, and white flour.  I have been also taking a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar with each meal.  In the morning I drink a cup of cilantro in hot water that has been boiled for 2 minutes.  My acupuncturist advised to do this, to get rid of toxins.  I hope all this works!  I have some good and bad days.......  how long did it take you to feel 100%?

I'd stop all vitamins for now. IMO start fresh. I like a little fresh lemon in hot water. Brush my teeth sometimes w baking soda.
Every once in a while I take a sip of apple cider vinegar.
If you eat sugar & white flour products, cut them out for awhile. Eat raw vegetables.  Fresh fruit. Fish cooked in butter.   Post your progress. Maxy
