Hi All,
I'm a 21 y/o male. Due to severe mental health issues, I had to leave university last yr, and as a result have been VERY sedentary over the past 6+ months. I haven't left the house and have had NO activity, besides moving around in the house. I've gotten thinner and it's making me panic. I'm naturally rather small-boned (<6" wrist) and very thin, around 115-120lbs when active, and ~5'6.5". I dropped to 109lbs which was too thin for me, so I am stuffing myself constantly. I'm eating copious amounts of fattening food, but wake up the next day flat-stomached, and barely gained a couple lbs after a week or so.
Is this weight loss the muscle mass I've lost because of being sedentary? I've already had every blood test in the books, thyroid is out of the question. Why am I not easily gaining weight if I'm sedentary and eating so much food? I'm even drinking high-calorie drinks.
