there is really nothing you can take for a virus other then fresh fruits and vegetables and plenty of bed rest.
As for anxiety if you are opposed to medication you may want to try magnesium supplements. There is some evidence that symptoms of anxiety may be related to lack of magnesium.
Also some claim that even if your blood tests come back normal this doesn't mean that the level is normal in the cells it self.
If you have been sick for a month and haven't seen your docotor you should pay him a visit.
