Green tea in excess can help you lose weight. I don't think it's bad for you at all.. Unless you are talking about processed green tea instead of brewing it yourself and if you drink it black.. Or ERM. Green. Lol as in no milk or sugar. If you put sugar in it then that will make it unhealthy.
Exactly how much do you drink? I assume it's not really 24/7 because I assume you're sleeping some of the time and you must be doing other things some of the time, so how much do you drink? And why do you drink so much of it to the point you think it's too much?
