I also have bad breath. Thank you so much for these suggestions. My dental health is fine. I was able to control gum disease, so my bad breath is not coming from that. I do have acid reflux and have been on medication for a while. It is so embarrasing to even ask the doctor. I will make an appoinment with an thoat doctores to see if it is coming from there. Once again, thanks. I felt like I was alone out there.
I used to suffer from bad breath and I tracked it down to food particles being trapped inbetween my teeth, that brushing twice a day wasn't removing .... I would highly recommend that if you are not doing so already to start flossing between your teeth at least once a day, and especially before you go to bed.
you need to take a high quality probiotic and you will see a huge difference within a month its coming from your stomach you need to put some good bacteria in your stomach!
There are lots of reasons for bad breath. One reason is residual sinus infection. Three times a day, flush your sinus cavities with saline spray. Sometimes anti-biotics are requires and the protocol requires six weeks, rather than ten days of treatment. But such treatment is beyond the scope of a post. You need an M.D.'s involvement. Try the saline first. Sometimes a specialist will flush the sinus cavities with high pressure water. Also get a soft toothbrush and brush the back of your tongue.
