deprssion/diet/tiredness, please help

I ve been being treated for depression and anxiety for the last 7 years, the pills make me tired and make it hard for me to exercise and eat healthy all the time, especially when the drs are moifing thne dosages, which throws me way off track and my cravings are out of control, like right now im tapering off one of my meds an dmy cravings are terrible.. I need help, ive yo you dieted all my life and now being on the meds it is hard for me to sustain a helthy weight and a healthy diet which  I think would also help my depression, I need advice on a diet for soemone with depression and triedness from pills, thank yo ufor any information, im at my wits end and feeling very bad about myself right now...

You are only about approximately 15-20lbs above the weight for your height which is not that too bad. A good nutritional diet to eat is a Heart Healthy diet which will gives you the nutrients, vitamins and minerals your body needs, maintain your weight, and helps with possibly preventing future disease states. Heart Healthy diet which is a moderate fat diet and a moderate fat diet means = using polyunsaturated (omega 3, corn oil, nuts, etc) fats and monounsaturated (olive oil, canola oil, peanut oil, etc) fats, no saturated fats (high fat snack foods, butter, fat spreads) and no trans fats. Eat low fat meats (chicken, fish, loin of pork) or non-meat sources (soy products, nuts), low fat vegetarian combinations (rice & beans, pasta & beans, low fat cheese & pasta), low fat and substitute dairy products (1% milk, low fat/fat free yogurts, low fat soy milk/soy yogurt), use plant oils, non trans-fat margarines, and eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. Eat daily high fiber breads and cereals (oatmeal).
