Fear of making someone pregnant

Hi I’m 20 years old and I have a problem which has been bothering me the past year or so

Just to clarify I do have OCD and am overcoming it, however this is something I haven’t spoken to anyone with and is a problem I’ve had difficulty solving by myself.

So I have this fear that somehow I will accidentally make someone pregnant. As if somehow my sperm will magically make its way to them.

It happens mostly in the morning because I have had a spell of almost constant wet dreams. I wake up and I feel anxious and it’s come to the point I can’t tell if I’ve even had one or not.

When I go to pee in the morning I get so nervous that some sperm will be on my hands or will get onto the toilet seat and have to be super careful not to touch anything and I have to use toilet paper to lift the lid etc.

Also when I see a hot girl and get an erection I’m afraid that even a tiny bit of sperm will come out and it makes me too afraid to go to the bathroom for like an hour. (Plus it makes me little bit afraid of having an erection - this is weird to be writing)

I’m quite afraid that someone (females) in my family will touch it.

I know this is like contamination OCD, but I’m struggling to overcome this one specific problem because of the “what if it happens?” thing is really scary/disturbing to me.

So yeah I’ve been taking many preventative measures to ensure these scenarios will absolutely never ever even have a chance to transpire

It feels more like a genuine concern but I know I’m probably being a bit paranoid
and that most people wouldn’t even think of this.

However I would be very grateful to anyone with some advice because I would gladly accept it. Thanks

If you are saying you think women get pregnant by touching sperm, no, they don't.  You might benefit from some study of just how that happens, and how hard it actually is.  Seems easy, but it really isn't.  So unless you're having intercourse and ejaculate without using protection, you're not going to get anyone pregnant.  As for your wet dreams, I actually went through this, and many guys go through this, but it usually happens much younger in life.  For me, it was when I was 13.  Now, I didn't think I was going to get anyone pregnant.  I didn't even know they were wet dreams, I thought I was wetting the bed because that's what my Mom told me.  As soon as a doctor told me what was actually happening (and yelling at my Mom) they stopped.  It is unusual I think to be getting so many at your age.  Do you live in a society where you are unable to have sex or masturbate?  I'm not telling you that you have to become sexually active, but as your body is telling you it's time and if you don't want it to be time or can't, you're just going to have to wait this bout out until it stops, which it will eventually.  By the way, you're not describing OCD, you're describing anxiety and a phobia about getting someone pregnant.  But it could become OCD if you don't put a stop to the preventative measures you're taking, so it's a good time to just accept that you're really horny right now and for your own reasons aren't doing anything about it, which is fine.  Again, it most likely is just your hormones going nuts and they won't do that forever.  Peace.
