is this false memory??

I have fear of contracting disease from blood. I had cut in my finger that time. There was one time i remembered i was inside the laboratory(i am working in a hospital, and going to the lab when sending specimens), checking the test tubes with blood, turned it vertically not knowing that some blood spilled out and went to my wound in my finger. But i did not remember clearly that i really did this or this really happened. Ofcourse i will never do that but the scene was like real in my mind. This really scares me until today. Can someone explain this olease. thank you.

It isn't clear, did you spill blood from a test tube on an open wound or this is just a nightmare?  If you really did this, you work in a hospital, talk to someone there about it.  If it's your imagination, well, we all have nightmares, and sometimes they stick around a while in our minds.  If you have a phobia about getting a disease from blood, and you work in a hospital, you probably would benefit from seeing a therapist, as you kind of need to get over it.  Assuming you actually do work in a hospital and that's not just part of your dream.  Hard to tell.  More info and clarity might help.  Peace.
