OCD & Stalking the same..help!

I was wondering if somebody stalking me would come under this?

To cut a longs story short i had a long term friend who i cut ties with back in jan of this year, since then i had nothing but trouble fired at me from all angle, then she they will go quite for a while and then start up again, ignore all the contact they make towards me which obviously annoys them even more but i simply do not want to fight with them or know them anymore, am guessing there action is  not accepting rejecting  which has turned obsessed behaviour now and this time gone too far with involving my past in  which i  have  just mentally and emotionally resolved.
Would this fall into this category, any info would be appreciated.

Thanks ILadvocate,

Their actions have done nothing illegally yet and they are not stupid to do so either and they always seem to tell me of their actions after or i feel there fury of whomever they involved, am hoping the people who they do involve and am not in contact with again are open minded to think better of me that i would do whatever things are made up i have done.
I was not sure where to post this as i cannot find a forum for ‘stalking’.
Thanks for your post.

That would not be ocd as it shows a lack of understanding of people's normal emotions, that is you not wanting to be in contact with her. That person would probably need help from a mental health angle but only a psychiatrist could say exactly what was going on. If it continues, worsens or becomes threatening speak to someone who can take action about it as sometimes that behavior can turn into active stalking.
