My question is about the mind, sometimes i have such strange thoughts. I see images as well, like things i have never seen before and it gives a hectic feeling inside, like a panic attack. I go deep into my mind. I see all kinds of strange things, images of poeple i have never seen before and places. I feel it in a spiritual way therefore i do not get scared, but i am curious to know why it happrns. It occurs mostly when i am going to sleep, then it whirls round and around my mind, i feel a rush of energy inside my body and cannot sleep. Can any one explain thses images of things i have never seen nor never intentionaly thought off??? one thing that really helped me is the essential oil Neroli. Really for any one out there that suffers from anxiety try this amazing essential oil.It erally really really helps

This happens to me all the time but I'm Wiccan and practice with astral projection so it's pretty normal. I'll see things or have a certain word in my head and it won't make sense, my mind will obsess over it until I meditate and quiet my thoughts. Then in a few days I usually find out what I saw means.

I've never really heard of this before.  When are minds are the least occupied is usually when thoughts start to take over.  That is why people have problems going to sleep.  Our minds are now free to go to the dark side.

I'm wondering if what you are having are daydreams of a sort.  There is something called maladaptive daydreaming but I think that is more for when you daydream during the day and it interferes with your day-to-day life.  Do you think they could be a form of daydreaming?
