Daydreaming accompanied by finger twitching

I'm 18 years old and have been daydreaming in excess since I was as young as 7. I've explained the vividness and have been told it's the same as night dreams, while my night dreams are as vivid as normal people's daydreams. When daydreaming I zone out and my fingers twitch, sometimes around my mouth. the twitching will get so intense that my mouth will be burning afterwards. Normally I can suppress it until I have to go to the bathroom or until I'm in a private place. I spent some time in Marine Corps recruit training where there is zero privacy. One day I was standing gear guard (stand still for 3 hours staring at a door) and I daydreamed about cutting myself as a way to get out (I didn't really want to do it) the next thing I knew I was actually doing it. the shock brought me to tears. Since my discharge my girlfriend has notice me being more closed off. the daydreams are "action-packed" and often have to do with whatever stimulus I'm currently into (book, movie video game). Although, most daydreams are conversations.

You might want to make sure that you don't have epilepsy. If your balcking out, or having intense twitching that you are not aware of until after, these may be petit maul seizures. Although they are probably not, its a possibility.

Daydreaming is often with ADD/ADHD.

ADD/ADHD symptoms and twitching/tremors/tics can all be caused by a magnesium deficiency.
