Fear that reused syringe is used to draw my blood
I went for a blood test for hepatitis b, though it came negative, I saw that the male nurse used an unpacked syringe to draw my blood, but the syringe was covered with a plastic cap, I saw the syringe properly, it was clean and no blood was on it, I m suffering with ocd, am I having tension due to ocd, I m afraid that he reused the syringe, I m in great anxiety, can't sleep can't eat. Please anyone can answer my problem.

The way that works is you tell yourself it's just a thought and then say so what? It goes one step further and says that yes, you got hep B from this. It desensitizes you to the anxiety that thought creates.
