OCD after viral hepatitis

I was hepb positive few months ago.. Now i am negative and have Antihbs titre around 13...LFT normal, fibroscan normal.. Problem is now my OCD and anxiety.. I am not able to accept thing that i have cleared the infection and have developed severe OCD. Washing my hands for 2-3 hrs. Have anxiety and panic attacks whenever i see blood and cuts on my body.. Psychiatrist suggested me medication for this that is fluoxitine 20 mg.. I am worried that whether this medicine is safe for liver or not.. I have read in some articles that this medicine have side effects on liver.. Please help me. Should i use this medicine or not... Really need help..
