I have lymph nodes in neck n groin n armpits it makes me worst I went to doctors but no one can give the reason for these nodes and I have a fear of HIV because my father brother is died by this disease always my mind focus on any contraction of HIV in past I tested three times it become negative what I can I do plz reply me

And this isn't what OCD is either.  It sounds more like you've developed a phobia about HIV.  I agree therapy seems like a good idea for you.

Your best course of action is to seek therapy.  You do not have HIV if you tested at the correct time.  Just because you have lymph nodes, that does NOT mean you have HIV.  There are a multitude of causes of swollen lymph nodes, and the least likely cause is HIV.
