Feeling any movement yet?

Hello all, am new to this site and am  19week+5 days pregnant with twins, am very excited and trusting God that all will go well. This is my first pregnancy and am wondering what the fetal movement is like, i've felt something  like butterfly but not so strong and consistent yet. Am due for my next us in 2weeks.

Some three weeks ago i stress myself after which i started having severe lower back ache, i went to my doctor and he referred me to physiotherapy and 4days after the this the pains went away, since then i've been taking things easy.

Are there other mums in my shoes? pls comment

Am due oct 19th 2011

I am 20.5 weeks.  I first noticed small movements once in a while about 13 weeks.  They are getting stronger now and more consistant. On Sunday I felt them for the first time while walking around. And last night I felt the baby move near my belly button and it tickled...  So I am hoping he or she does not stay there lol

babys kicks to me feels like muscle spasms at first now they are more stronger im 20 weeks and first started noticing it at 17 weeks. It was confirmed at my ultrasound. I can also put something like a cd on my tummy and when baby kicks the cd moves and hubby gets a good laugh out of it. i can feel him with my hand but it takes a while for hubby to feel him with his hand!

im 21 weeks not with twins just one but i could feel the butterfly type movement early on and then around 18 and a half weeks i could feel her moving and making little kicks or punches and my fiance has been able to feel her for just over a week......this is my first pregnancy so i had a million questions for my dr and some pregnant women dont really feel movement until almost 22 weeks so i wouldnt stress about it and with the back pain that went away after seeing a physiotherapist it could have just been your body adjusting to the changes and trying to make room for your 2 little ones...but its always better to be safe then sorry and just double check with your dr if your concerned :) good luck at your ultrasound and have a happy healthy pregnancy :)
