Hello,
I am a female who has 26 degrees scoliosis on the left side. I visited a two doctors which said that the only way to be fixed is with a surgery, but a few physiotherapist
told me that it is not necessary, and I can do it with either fitness and swimming. So I have decided to do fitness. For the last three months I did a full body training with a diet, which included oat meals, fish, meat, cottage cheese, eggs, rise, avocado, potatoes, vegetables and fruits split on different meals 5-6 times per day. I am 1.69 and 54kg. My goal was to strengthen the back. I am not sure if I have strengthen it, but now I want to concentrate on the scoliosis. Do you think it is possible to reduce the degrees with certain exercises?
