Ruptured Scaphoid Ligament

I am an active 65 year old male. I completely ruptured the scaphoid ligament on my right hand. I’ve had an X-Ray and MRI on my right hand. I thinking I partially ruptured it while bowling. After three moths of physical therapy my therapist said to slowly begin with a light 8 lb ball to bowling. After a game or so I felt pain again in the back of my right hand.so I went back to my orthopedic surgeon and he had me have an MRI with my hand in a tight device during the MRI. It showed a complete tear. He is recommending surgery. With the information you have what type of surgery do you think I should have? My surgeon suggested one of three surgeries. I want to be able to possibly bowl once again and play ball with my grandsons.
