Treatment for a complete tear/retraction of adductor longus and adductor brevis.

Looking for advice on how to approach treatment for (me) a 38 year old male patient with complete tear/retraction of adductor longus and adductor brevis. There is also partial tear of the rectus femoris, right abdominal oblique,  and rectus abdominis. If anyone knows of an orthopedic surgeon who has treated similar injuries, please contact me.

I'm located in Louisville KY but would be willing to travel wherever is necessary for treatment. This seems to be a rare injury. The VA hospital here is reaching out trying to find a surgeon.

Thanks

The dude above
