Thank you for the kind words!
Thank you again for taking the time to answer my questions the problem is the ortho surgeon DOESN'T answer my questions even if I repeat the question he ignores me.I even asked him about the pain in my chest & pressure and he ignored me then I heard him doing his notes in the other room saying I said the pain is better he also keeps thinking I am some other patent that had the surgery on the other arm even though I repeatedly told him I am not & never have a dislocation on my left.So I decided to get an appointment with my primary dr{ who will be scheduling my therapy& who has been refilling my meds } to ask her the questions the ortho won't answer. But thank you for taking the time to answer my questions and your patients are very lucky to have a dr like you :)

Well, without the relevant clinical details or a detailed clinical evaluation it would be difficult to comment on the situation. While open surgeries heal slower than arthroscopic surgeries, healing may normally take a few weeks and complete recovery may take a few months in a few situations. It would be best to discuss the situation and the expected prognosis with your treating orthopedician.
Hope this is helpful.
Take care!
