ACL/Menicus repair - complications?

Had ACL/Menicus repair sugery(3.5 wks post-op) - prescribed treatment no weight bearing for 6 wks.   Crutch got stuck lost balance, I caught myself with repaired leg and bore weight on the leg for about 3-5 seconds before tranfering weight to crutches and other leg.   Leg was in brace.  No significant pain afterwards and minimal swelling.

What are the possible complications for this?

I had ACL reconstrcution well actually the "terrible Triad" a year ago. Since the surgery I have had a "lump" appear around the inscion site on my shin. At first it would swell occasionally, over the past few months it swells, becomes tender and red after exercise or working all day on my feet. The lump seems to be getting larger every time it swells.I still have range of motion and I am able to run with little or no difficulty. Is this normal?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
As the leg was in brace, we would suppose there would be no problem. You can go for repeat scan afterwards if you have some symptoms to assess your improvement with your operating surgeon. Take care!
