Are my 7 week post op UCL Thumb concerns normal?

Hi there, 7 weeks ago I had UCL repair on right thumb after an avulsion fracture. It was classed as a category 3 repair. I was in a cast for 2-3 weeks and then a plastic hand splint. 3 days ago the hand therapist gave me permission to cease wearing this and begin working on a range of movements.

My concerns are as follows: 1.my top joint is extremely stiff and won’t bend. I have quite a bit of pain generally across the thumb, but more specifically now in the wrist and at times in elbow. 2.My skin is discoloured, it ranges from blue, purple and red and is agrivated further by movement. I saw local GP today and he suggested this could be nerve damage rather than bruising. 3.My skin does not have normal sensation yet, it can feel extremely hot/cold or numb or pins and needles.

I see surgeon in 10 more days, but is this a concern and should I arrange to see sooner or go to emergency department for treatment?
