Can a Complex Multi-Directional Tear Medial Miniscus be repaired?

I just had an MRI and what you see in the title is a partial list of the report. There is more such as edema and a cyst and miniscus extrusion. Can this complex multi-directional Miniscus tear be repaired? The other knee had surgery one year ago. It works fine now! This new knee problem is annoying and painful with popping sounds when I walk. Thanks

Often when you injure a body part like the knee other parts of the body follow as they work harder to compensate for it.  Doesn't always happen, but often does.  Don't see why it can't be repaired, but this question would seem more appropriate for you orthopedic surgeon.
