Do I have a lateral pelvic tilt?

As it is plainly obvious from the two pictures that I have added, my right love handle area is significantly larger and more obvious than the left one. Now I know that some of this is due to fat around the core area, but I can definitely feel the right hip bone sticking out much more, compared to the left love handle. Can this be classified as a Lateral pelvic tilt that can be fixed through different strech exercises? Or is it something even more severe? I'm worried because it's obviously not normal for a male in his twenties to look like this, plus I despise the way I look because of this abnormality. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Ivokuka,
You have scoliosis, this means you have curvature within your spin, that is not only causing your hips to not be at a similar level but also your shoulders. I would recommend seeing a physiotherapist and working on stretching and strengthening exercises with them.
