Chronic Groin Pain

I have been a long distance runner for several years.  Two years ago, I started to have a slow onset of left side groin pain that got progressively  worse.  After seeing several orthopedic surgeons, sports medicine doctors, and physical therapist, I was sent to Philadelphia for surgery r/t sports publagia.  While up there, it was determined that I also had a labral tear associated with femoral acetabular impingment and had surgery to resuface the hip.  A year post op for both surgeries, I continue to have a left groin pain that is severe at times.  Also, I am starting to have right hip pain likely related to the femoral acetabular impingment.  I am currently searching for possible causes of the chronic left groin pain that has not subsided after two surgeries.....
