Disc Dessication at C Level
I have a neck pain and it is reflecting in my right hand. We approached the doctor and MRI report as below.
Disc dessication at all levels except C7 - D1
Right paracentral disc extrusion at C3-C4 level causing indentation of ventral thecal sac and abutting the right existing nerve.
Broad based posterocentral disc protrusion at C5-C6 level causing indentation of ventral thecal sac
Left paracentral disc extrusion at C6-C7 level causing indentation of ventral thecaal sac on left side .
How bad is the situation. Is there a surgeey required ? Will it get worse
