At D12-L1 level, there is diffuse disc bulge with facet joint arthropathy and ligamentum flavum

First, that's what your doctor who ordered the tests is for.  Usually the kind of doc who knows how to interpret this the best is an orthopedic surgeon.  Don't know which type of doc ordered the MRI, but the radiologist usually also includes some conclusion about how severe the problem is.  Most humans have disc problems if you bothered to look, but you are young to already be showing them.  But again, whether this represents anything to worry about is a question for an orthopedic surgeon, who not only looks at the diagnostic tests but also what you're complaining about and what movements make you hurt, if any.  I suspect something is bothering you because somebody ordered the MRI.  Keep in mind that most pain people report isn't from disc problems even where they exist, it's almost always muscular or something impinging on a nerve that can be fixed without surgery.  Not that your doc will necessarily tell you that.  Peace.
