My name is Chris Haines and was wondering if I could get some medical advice on some elbow pain.
It originated when I was performing a close grip bench press, to focus on the triceps. After the 5th rep, my elbow just popped and ever sense I have had severe pain in the elbow. From throwing a football, to doing bicep curls, any sort of stress on the elbow ends in agonizing pain that takes hours to stop. Specifically the pain is on the mid/outside of the elbow and it definitely feels like a tenant problem.
Any suggestions on what i should do to help speed up the recovery?
