Foot problem- pls advice

History:
Triple arthrodesis with tendon transfer of foot performed as a consequence of polio. Calf muscles power 0. Knee going into hyperextension due to weak knee quadriceps. Hip extensors good.

Current issue:
Since around past 1 month, unable to walk properly/take proper weight on area where the heel meets the achilles tendon. There is bearable pain alongwith little burning sensation in this area. There is no swelling. When calf muscles are sqeezed, foot passively reacts downwards. Episode began possibly after foot twisted while walking.

X-ray of right heel (axial/lateral) done. Report reads amongst other things as- The lower end of the tibia and fibula otherwise are normal, but there is a bony projection from the posterior part of the tibia.

Please guide/advice.

Thanks a lot
